On this day, June 21, exactly one year ago, you were born. You have brought so much joy to mommy, daddy, & your big brother. We could not imagine living our lives without you. Gabriel, you have persevered through so much beginning when you were a newborn. You had severe reflux, the failure to thrive, developed hemangiomas (benign tumors) on your face, & even needed glasses! You have had to endure so many appointments with your pediatrician, ophthalmologist, gastroenterologist, & dermatologist (which has not been a joy ride). Yet, through everything, you have still remained so happy and bright. Your smile & laugh is so squeaky & contagious. You will try & eat anything (YOU LOVE VEGETABLES HALLELUJAH). You don’t play around when it comes to taking your naps and going to sleep ON TIME. You love wrestling with your big brother. You make everyone around you happy. I’m still in complete awe and disbelief that it has been an entire year with you. Thank you for being such a blessing in our lives. We love you so much & can’t wait to see what the future holds for us as a family. Happy first birthday baby!
